Merry Christmas
I was invited to write about Christmas, and it made me truly reflect on what it means to me.
I have many memories of my childhood, spending Christmas with my family. However, today I understand that this date goes far beyond giving or receiving gifts. I believe it is a time to be grateful for everything we've experienced throughout the past year. It is a moment of reflection and compassion for others, just as God has and continues to have for us.
Christmas is considered the date of Jesus' birth, who later died for us. He gave His life so that you and I could have access to God and live His good, perfect, and pleasing will.
This Christmas, I want to wish everyone gratitude for all they have experienced this year because only gratitude can unlock grace for the year ahead.
